2. Orders

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by rightcarpet.store.

2.2 You will receive an order acknowledgement email after placing your order. This email is not an order confirmation.

2.3 Order acceptance and contract completion occur when we dispatch your order, unless we notify you otherwise.

3. Delivery

3.1 We offer free delivery to most mainland UK addresses. Some areas may incur a surcharge. We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.

3.2 While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur. We are not liable for any delays or delivery failures.

3.3 Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

3.4 Delivery is typically to your front door. Drivers are not obligated to bring items inside your property.

3.5 We recommend waiting to schedule installation until you have received and inspected your order.

3.6 For heavy items, you may need to assist the driver with unloading.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment is processed when you place your order. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

4.2 We may perform security checks to prevent fraud.

4.3 Prices are subject to change. In case of errors, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel your order.

4.4 Product ownership transfers to you upon delivery and full payment.

4.5 Prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and standard delivery charges, unless stated otherwise.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1 You have the right to cancel and return your order within 60 days of receipt, except for bespoke or cut-to-size items. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

5.2 Contact us immediately if you receive faulty or damaged goods. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

5.3 We reserve the right to substitute products with similar or better alternatives if necessary.

5.4 For returns, ensure items are properly packaged for collection.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights on this website belong to rightcarpet.store and its licensors.

6.2 You may use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Liability

9. Carpet & Flooring Specific Conditions

9.1 Inspect your order before installation. We are not responsible for issues discovered after cutting or fitting.

9.2 We cannot guarantee exact colour matches between different rolls or batches.

9.3 Shading and soiling are inherent characteristics of pile carpets and are not considered defects.

9.4 Dimensions are subject to industry standard tolerances.

9.5 Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
